Christ is risen! He is risen indeed! Alleluia!

Happy Easter from the Seevers Family!  After attending St. John Lutheran Church with Scott's parents we enjoyed a wonderful meal out at the farm, followed by an Easter egg hunt and lots of naps and card playing. After church we stopped over to Concordia for an Easter photo shoot! You can view it HERE!

Easter

Wow!! Lent seemed really long this year. Partly because I was counting down the days until my due date and partly because I gave up Facebook for 6 weeks!  (For those of you who kept emailing me about being on Facebook....my blog posts automaticaly cross-post over to my Facebook "notes", so even though it looked like I was posting, I never openened Facebook).  In the past I've given up TV, sweets, alcohol, etc.....but I think Facebook could rank as the toughest yet.  How scary is that?

I hope you all had a wonderful Easter.  I have so much to catch you up on from the last 6 weeks! I've decided to start with Easter and work my way backwards.  We had a wonderful weekend that was kicked off by the safe return of Grandma and Grandpa from their trip to Arizona, then the arrival of two new horses at the farm (to be introduced later), the arrival of our friend Maria Yoder who will be staying with us for a month (also to be introduced later) and finally, a full day of celebration of the RISEN CHRIST!!

Now with just about 24 hours to go before checking into the hospital, I'm frantically tying up last minute loose ends, packing my bag and saying prayers for the safe of arrival of our new baby girl!  With my new DROID, I'm hoping to keep you updated every step of the way!  Here are some fun photos from Easter morning.....

Grandma's Birthday and Gemma's Baptism Birthday

Today was Grandma Seevers' birthday and Gemma's baptism birthday!

Since Grandma and Grandpa will be in Ohio for Easter, we decided to celebrate with a different kind of birthday cake!

Happy Easter!

After church we had a very nice day at Grandma and Grandpa Seevers' house. Grandma cooked a fabulous meal and Scott hid eggs outside for the kids to hunt.
