His Name is "Rango!"-No wait....It's "Denver"!

After 11 long weeks, our family has  finally chosen a name for our new puppy! His name is "Denver"!  Daddy couldn't live with "Rango" and Mommy's favorite ("Dash") was eliminated out of fears he would get called "Dasher", like the reindeer!  The poor guy has no idea WHO he is right now, so I just hope we can quickly acclimate him to his new name!

Puppies For Sale!!

The puppies are now 6 weeks old and sadly, it's time to begin the marketing campaign to find their forever homes.  I'm a little late in posting my "sales pitch" because we've had such a difficult time picking out our own puppy-a testimony to the wonderfulness of the entire litter!  As of this moment, there are 6 boys left and the price is $300.00 each. Puppies are not AKC registered. Please pass this along to anyone you know who might be searching for a family pet or hunting dog! This highly desirable mix goes for $500 and up so grab one while you can!

1/2 Golden Retriever-1/2 Yellow Lab Puppies For Sale! "Golden Labradors"-Seward, Nebraska
Our dog, Daisy, is the best family dog EVER! She's a very calm, loving, tolerant and easily trained animal. She is the very essence of the Golden Retriever breed.  She is submissive, but not fearful. She is confident, but not dominant. We have five children (11, 9, 7, 3.5 and 18mo.) so she and her puppies are exceptionally well socialized!  The father is Hunter, a Yellow Lab owned by our friends and neighbor two doors down.  Hunter is an incredibly athletic animal who loves to play fetch, swim and dock jump!  Also an amazing family dog, Hunter is easily trained and eager to learn new tricks! With these genetics you are guaranteed a very special pet.  Daisy and her puppies have only been fed a 100% all-natural diet free of corn, wheat, soy, rice, potato, tapioca and gluten!  Nature's Logic is also free of preservatives, artificial flavorings and colorings and has no man-made, chemically synthesized vitamins, minerals or amino acids.  A PERFECT START FOR YOUR PERFECT PET!  The puppies are ready to leave on or after November 1st and will have all shots, de-worming and dew claws removed. Call 402-643-9803 or email danna@theseevers.com for more pictures or to set up a visit.

Luke's Birthday Present

So...this is the Gator I wanted....but Scott didn't want to spend the money so I got Luke the battery operated version for his birthday instead! This thing is awesome!! There is a "governor" blocking the boys from second gear because it goes too fast! It has a real lift-up dump bed so after we break it in here at Wildwood, we'll put the boys to work picking up sticks for Grandma at the farm. Marshall wakes up asking to drive it. I had to pull him out of it kicking and screaming today as he was insisting he could drive it to the farm! (5.8 miles from here!) So far, Luke is being a very safe driver just like his Daddy....although Daisy does exceed the dump bed weight limit.

Good Life's Golden Daisy Mae

Introducing "Good Life's Golden Daisy Mae!!" "Daisy" for short. We picked her up on Sunday and she is staying here at our house until she is potty and crate trained. Then we'll move her out to the farm. (I wanted to potty and crate train her because I'm anticipating alot of "sleepovers!")

I wanted to call her "Sunny", Scott wanted to call her "Sophie"..... but the kids insisted on Daisy. She's as cute and sweet as she can possibly be and seeing the kids with her these past couple days has been priceless. I'm just trying to soak up every second of it because they grow so fast! (the dog and the kids!) Click HERE for more photos of our first day with Daisy!
